Sinclair's Oxford range of calculators was launched in Spring 1975[1].

Initially, the models in this this range had a sharp cornered casing and an LED display, which has been designated Oxford case type 1 on this site.

Later calculators in the Oxford range had a more stylish, more rounded casing, coupled with a green VFD display.  This has been designated Oxford casing type 2 on this site and can be seen here and on the other Oxford pages.
